Chef Piero’s Orange Chicken Marmalade

(4) 6-8oz Boneless and Skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Fry Vineyard’s Organic Gewurztraminer
1½ cups orange marmalade
3 Tablespoons softened cream cheese
5 Tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt or kosher salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breasts and place in a large
skillet.
Add in olive oil and sear chicken until golden brown.
Remove chicken and place in a baking dish and set aside. Now drain
off any liquid left in the skillet.
Over medium heat, add Gewurztraminer and stir for two minutes to
deglaze the pan. Then stir in cream cheese until completely smooth.
Now generously cover the chicken breasts with orange marmalade,
and spoon the sauce from the skillet over the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes checking once or
twice.

Serves 4.
